RichBeechBeauty Terms & Conditions

1. General

By booking an appointment or service with RichBeechBeauty, you agree to abide by all policies, terms, and conditions stated here.

2. Booking & Deposits

• A deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel.
• If the artist cancels, deposits will be refunded in full or credited toward a rescheduled appointment.

3. Payments

• Remaining balances are due on or before the time of service.
• Accepted payment methods: [insert your payment options, e.g., CashApp, Zelle, card, cash].
• Services will not be rendered until payment requirements are met.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• One change (date or time) is allowed per appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Additional reschedules require a new deposit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows are responsible for paying the full appointment cost and must clear the balance before booking again.

5. Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be charged a late fee.
• Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late risk forfeiting the appointment.

6. Promotions & Specials

• Promotional or discounted appointments cannot be rescheduled.
• Travel services are not available when booking promotions or specials.

7. Travel Services

• Services are provided in a private suite unless travel is arranged.
• Travel fees apply and are disclosed prior to booking.

8. Artist Scheduling

• The artist reserves the right to adjust appointment times to manage the day’s schedule and close gaps in bookings.

9. Health & Safety

• Please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup.
• Notify the artist of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the service.
• The artist is not liable for any reactions if conditions are not disclosed.

10. Liability

• RichBeechBeauty is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin complications, or issues arising after services are completed.
• Clients assume all responsibility for their personal belongings during appointments.

11. Photos & Media

• By booking, you consent to the artist taking photos/videos of makeup looks for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless you decline in writing before your appointment.

12. Agreement

By booking, paying a deposit, or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
